Help the the National Disability Data Asset do its job.

The Department of Social Services wants to hear from people who would like to join two panels for the National Disability Data Asset. These panels will provide support to the National Disability Data Asset Council on priority areas for the disability data asset. This includes the ethical use of data and future improvements.

If you are passionate about improving life for people with disability and interested in helping make invisible needs visible through data, this opportunity is for you.

Non-government panel members will be paid for their time as guided by Remuneration Tribunal (Remuneration and Allowances for Holders of Part‑time Public Office) Determination (No. 2) 2023.

Department of Social Services is looking for people who are members of the disability community, experts in disability research, have knowledge in human rights and those with experience in ethical use of data for research to join these panels. Priority will be given to people with disability.
