NRS and NABS response times slowed – coronavirus

People will experience longer than usual wait times to have their calls answered by the National Relay Service (NRS) and the National Auslan Interpreter Booking and Payment Service (NABS).

Slower response times are being caused by the coronavirus pandemic and a resultant increase in community demand for both services.
