Australia’s Disability Strategy 2021–2031

Australia’s new Disability Strategy was released on 3 December, International Day of People with Disability.

The Strategy calls on all Australians to ensure people with disability can participate as equal members of society.

At its heart is a commitment to creating an inclusive community.

The Strategy speaks to our national aspirations to enshrine and elevate the ideals of respect, inclusivity, and equality. This is why all governments – Australian, state, territory and local – are committed to delivering on its principles.
